General
The parties agree that their relations will be governed exclusively by this contract, excluding any conditions previously available on the site.
If a condition has failed, it would be considered governed by the uses in force in the distance selling sector for companies headquartered in Belgium.
The non-application of one or more provisions of these conditions can never be considered by the customer / buyer as a waiver of these conditions.
These Terms are intended to define the terms of sale between Ornibird Srl and the user, the order to the services, passing through payment and delivery.

Article 6. Delivery.
Your purchases are packaged with the utmost care, using protective materials. The attention we pay for packaging allows us to offer delivery in the best conditions. The products shipped are provided for free against deterioration and theft for the duration of transport. You must therefore ensure the integrity of your order and all the items that compose it upon receipt of the package and in the presence of the deliveryman to make a reservation if necessary. In the event that you would have any doubt about the status or content of the order, you are required to refuse the goods at the reception of it. Any refused product must be delivered to the carrier as a whole and in its original packaging.
We offer three carriers on our site for the routing of your order.
Mondial Relay: The package is deposited in a removal point of your choice, usually a bookstore, grocery store, commerce, ... an email or an SMS is sent automatically from the availability of your package in the relay point selected to the control. You have a period of 14 days to remove your package.
DPD: The parcel is sent directly to the address given by the customer, usually at his home. The delivery will take place on the ground floor. Delivery by palette: The delivery of your order is done through trucks equipped with a mobile tailgate (if necessary) and a manual pallet truck. The delivery is of type "road line limit" which involves a delivery on a flat and smooth ground (asphalt or concrete). It is a private company that takes care of this kind of delivery.
The driver will unload the pallet at a place that meets these criteria where he will be able to park his truck in accordance with the code of the road. It will not be able, for example, to go across or perpendicular to the road to deposit the pallet on your sidewalk.
Possible loss of parcels:

Article 7. Terms of order.

Article 8. Terms of payment.
In order to handle the orders in the shortest possible time and to offer the best service, ornibird srl invites the customer to pay the invoice at the time of the passage of the order. In case of renunciation of the order (see Art.10 of the conditions of sale), ornibird srl is obliged to refund the sums paid by the customer, without compensation. The returning costs of the package being borne by the customer (see Art.10 of the conditions of sale). The total amount is paid during the order via the PayPlug or PayPal server (see Art.9 of the terms of sale) to which Ornibird SRL uses that the bank's bank coordinates be encrypted and then transmitted securely:

Authorization: The money is booked-blocked on the account of the buyer, waiting to be either transferred to the merchant account in a second step (data capture) or to be released when the authorization is canceled. Article 9. Security of electronic funds of funds.

The products shipped are provided for free against deterioration and theft for the duration of transport. We will make the transfer as soon as possible (maximum 30 days) following the moment when Ornibird SRL really became aware of the desire for renunciation and after the products have been returned to Ornibird Srl. The shipping costs of the package are not refunded. If the package has been sent free of charge, transportation costs will be deducted from the amount of the refund.
In case of abusive returns, ORNIBIRD SRL reserves the right to refuse a later order.

Article 11. Warranties and after-sales service (SAV).
The items sold receive the 2-year legal warranty for electronic devices as described in the law of 1 September 2004, the Consumer Protection Act in the event of a sale of consumer goods.
In the case of an order exchanged or a return, the shipping costs of the article (s) are the responsibility of the client and will not be supported by our company.
