The transport of your package
Our delivery times are given in good faith but only as an indication and without formal commitment. Our deadlines
The order processing time is usually 24 to 48 hours when the products are in stock. If a product is not in stock at the time of your order and the provision by our supplier exceeds 15 days, we will refund the product in question to unlock your order.

Shipping modes
We offer you different mode of transport that are offered depending on the destination of your package, its weight or its volume.
# Distribution in a relay point:
Global relay : For parcels up to 30kg (Belgium and France). Your package will be deposited in a world point Relay near you (usually shops, libraries, ...) You have 8 days to remove your package.
# Distribution at home:
DPD-home : For parcels up to 150kg (see list of the countries below). Your SEA package delivered to the shipping address you have indicated. Fast and neat delivery. An SMS is sent before the delivery of the deliveryman specify the time range for the delivery of your order.
These deadlines are given as an indication and we decline any liability for the lengthening of delivery times due to the carrier, particularly in case of loss of products, from weathering or strike.

We offer you the delivery from 3 conditions : Country of destination | Weight of the package | Amount of the purchase VAT (Discounts deducted), by Mondial Relay only
For Belgium, Luxembourg and France only:
- Amount of the order 89 € up to a maximum package 20kg (Weight package included)
Attention, for some large items like 100cm perches, large cages, ... Free transport will not be offered, delivery only at home.
